submitting this form I declare that I am the owner of the
property at the above noted address and give permission to
the City of Colorado Springs, the City's agent contractor
to utilize the means they determine appropriate to remove
or conceal the graffiti at the said location. I agree to
release and hold harmless the City of Colorado Springs and
the City's contractor from any calims resulting from working
on my property.
I
understand that only the area covered by the graffiti will
be worked on and not the entire structure. I further understand
that none of the individuals participating in the activity
are responsible for removing or concealing the graffiti
expressly to my satisfaction.
